Jacob walked into the arena with a blank expression. He wasn't much of a fighter, but he had to, being one of the chosen. He sighed and faced one of the dummies. He tore of his necklace, and observed the amulet. Shaped like a rain drop, or a tear, he twisted the pointed top. He tipped it over, spilling the liquid within. The necklace would always refill with water, so he'd never go thirsty. The dirt floor beneath him turned to mud. He wave his arm over it, and closed his eyes. Concentrating on the moisture in the ground, he brought the chunk of wet earth into the air. He molded it, shaped it, until it was a long, bladed staff. He smirked and taunted the dummy. He charged, spinning the earthen blade around, until he came to the target. He speared the dummy, the blade appearing through his back. It immediately fell apart, but not until the target was torn to shreds. He smiled and put his necklace back on.

Desren had been handing around the arena for the last few minutes, carefully observing all of her future opponents. She knew that one day she would have to face them in battle, might as well study a bit. It was unusual that this boy would be able to control both earth and water, if water was his element... he would be easy to beat in battle. But earth? He would probably barely win, then again she hadn't figured out his animal yet either. Only time would revel...
"Hey boy! You wanna have a little sparring session?" she asked walking towards him.

Jacob looked up at her in surprise. "Sure..." he said, uncertainly. "...Girl." He gave a sheepish smile and held his hand up to his right, waiting for her to make the first move. He definitely wasn't the best fighter, so he had to rely on his deductive capabilities. She wold most likely kick his butt, but maybe he had a chance. His lip curled into a small smile as he wondered what her element was..

OOC: I didn't know there were dummies here. I guess there are now. Minus one.
RP: Alexis sat on the bench, fooling around with her green pebble ocelot. She tapped it on the head and it returned to its green pebble form. "Wuttup?" she yawned lazily.

"Mmm the sun?" she asked looking up, sadly Desren was the type to take everything litterally. Desren turned her attentions back the boy she had just met. "Alrighty then! Lets get a move on before it gets too hot." She said lazily fanning herself with her hand. "Offense or Defense?" She asked blankly.
{0oc: Thats her way of asking if you want to attack her or defend yourself first.}

Being a wimp, he bit his lip. "Defence," he said. He always stuck with that, because he wasn't strong. He felt insecure about his weaknesses. He'd just let her finish this before it got started.

"Very well then." She smiled as a small layer of ice started to cover her body, it became thicker and thicker until soon it was a crysal blue that would hide her transformation. Soon the crystal shattered and a white tiger with blue eyes appeared before him, her tail slashed from one side to the next and her claws were made of pure ice, as was her bones. "Your turn." She growled as she waited.

He bit his lip. "OK." He took a couple steps forward, until a burst of water exploded from under his feet. He jumped into the air turning into a golden eagle. His necklace still swung lightly around his neck as he flew. He swung low, aimin for the girl.

Strong static appeared in a strange pattern on the arena floor. "Just making this a little more interesting." she explained.

A black raptor with shadow wings soared above the field."I shall observe and randomly attack at times!" Announced the raptor.

"Three against one?" She growled smiling. "I like them odds." She smiled then advaced towards where the eagle had risen, she opened up her jaws and wind tunnel escaped from her mouth, mixed with the ice in her bones it became a blizzard and her white pelt worked perfectly.

Jacob groaned. His eagle form circled the girl as he tried to get an idea. The arena was nothing but darkness except for the sparks of electricity on the ground. Then he got it. He squacked, and sent a funnel of water up from the ground. As long as it made contact with the girl, it should shock her. Literally. Even if blocked with ice, the frozen water should be able to conduct it. He smiled as he sent the water at her.

Desren watched the water come at her, but she knew that water could be frozen with her own element in order to for ice... She opened up her jaws then shot out a blizzard blast, it was an extremly cold wind that would most definietly freeze the water. But when it made contact, she had forgoten about the electric she was standing on. Since her body was made of cold, and was a conductor for things like this. She was hit with a major shock of energy, her fur was fried and she eventually collapsed after a couple of seconds.

A dark cloud in the sky started to form. Kind of like a normal thundercloud. Nothing special.
